Summer Style Tips:: Tiny de Bouvier

It's been a while since style tips from Tiny. But never fear because she's even fiercer than ever and today's tip is really going to knock you for six. Over to Tiny:

Fashion can be a fickle beast. Weather can be a fickle beast.Who knows when you're going to have to madly dash out of the house and into a torrential downpour? Who really knows? No one, that's who. Not even those darn weathermen can get it right. Not even Ron Burgundy? So play it safe. Nail two fickle beasts with one stylish solution.

Gum boots are mandatory. They're hot in NYC. They're hot inside in Sydney. No need to take them off at the door. In fact, wear them to bed. Wear them on the wrong feet. Tiny de Bouvier does. She swears by it. And if you take them off her, she'll probably give you baby evils.

And plastic animals? If you've got 'em, flaunt 'em.

Put some bite into ya bling. I know how she feels.

it obviously works for her. Matilda's look of choice this summer is normal every day clothes but always always always with your bathers on top.

Hehe. The plastic animals complete the look Tiny - what a fahionista you have on your hands there Lexi!
That pic is very cool too.

Our "look" of late has been a once-was-pink, now-is-grey ballet leotard that has been worn 24/7 since ballet classes ended. I couldn' bear the sight of it anymore today, so gave her a new one I had stashed away and binned the disgusting greyish one.
Surprise surprise - the new one is already covered in orange juice and hommus dip...

You know that Patricia Field's going to have that girl head-hunted as a stylist. Mini-fashionista after my own heart. Personally I never think you can have enough plastic animals...

Tiny's expertise and ingenuity in all areas of fashion fair exceeds her years, I'm sure!

personally I think this season is all about the plastic animal. I plan on making me a nice big fat plastic pig necklace - the one where it is flat on one side and all the baby piglets are attached....I might have to work on the gumboots though !

Yeah - Tiny-ista. Off to buy gummies, perhaps blue, you know I don't want to look like a total rip off and the animals are much better worn than strune over the house for me to step on.

Ha, a girl that knows style. I was did the same, red wellies to bed, in the house, outside and best of all in the bath. Its just easier that way.

I must say Hugo's on the same fashion wavelength, can't get him out of his red gumboots. Teamed with a bonds singlet and a pair of undies, it's what the stylish smalls are wearing this summer.

Baby evils? Love it, I know a baby that does that already...

Gumboots, I have always wanted gumboots. MI have never followed the fashions, but I think Tiny could be my fashion guru now? :)

Gumboots are a toddler's essential wardrobe accessory. Especially worn on the wrong feet. She's SO cute. Don't you want to nibble on em' when they're like that??

Monty is still enjoying his shirt that you gave him. Funky little Monkey! Thanks again. xo
