When we moved we celebrated Matt's birthday on the same day of moving (happy birthday Matt - here's the removalist truck with two hot removalists to boot). And the Doctor's 5th birthday was celebrated in the first week.
It was a big and exhausting week and only now do I feel as though we are settling in. Phew. We still have boxes to unpack, but we're slowly getting there. Slowly.

Moving is a total bitch. Awful. Yuck. Blah. ...and time goes all weird and things feel like they're taking for ever and it is so easy to loose perspective and put unrealistic expectations on yourself. So give yourself a break and put your feet up... I hear there a couple of boxes available for foot rests.
We've just moved too but have another MONTH before we can move into our new house! Luckily the pares have a couple of extra rooms! Will try to liken the unpacking to present opening when my turn comes. Your two are very sweet...
