So great! The last few seasons at Gorman have been a-mazing, the girl can't put a foot wrong. Plus, Gorman now has an on-line shoppe that delivers to Seoul. Happiness!
I love Gorman so much, I am sure I have said so here before, but a few weeks ago I made a huge order (spent all my birthday money on lovely Gorman goodies) and spent the week eagerly awaiting my order.. only to check my bank account 10 days later and find that my money had been refunded!? I called them straight away and they said "Oh sorry, the things that you ordered were out of stock" (even though I was charged and received a confirmation saying your order will arrive in 7-10 days).
I was furious.. They had not even let me know that my entire order had been cancelled.. if I had not checked my bank account I would still be waiting for my order.
I wrote them a very angry email back asking why I was able to place an order and have my card charged if the things I wanted were not in stock and why I was not told that my order had been cancelled.. and they never replied!! I am so angry I never want to buy anything from Gorman again.
