By now, you'd probably know how much our wee family loves books. I am often guilty of buying the kids books. Like all the time. I know all the good children's bookstores within a 20 kilometre radius. I am always online trawling for good books. It's my weakness. We love curling up together and reading, being consumed by a book and then being spat out back into reality at the end. Thankfully Matt has said if this is my weakness, then it's a good weakness to have. Phew.

I love Usborne books. My favourites are their art books. I love, love, love them. In fact I am sure almost every teacher at my school owns a copy of the complete art guide (the pink one).

Think I would spend my last $20 on kids books (hmmmm in fact I have done just that). So many books that we have run out of shelf space. Love Usborne also. Just made some Gruffalo soft toys with Ella today (not that its an Usborne book but one of the best i think). usborne books are fabulous! i found my first one in the scholastic bookclub that goes to schools when i first started teaching and have been building my collection ever since.

ReplyDeleteWhy PMM I believe they are in Sydney NSW! I love giving these as gifts, especially for newborns or 1yr olds - faves are the story collections for little boys / girls. I love how they tell stories the way Australian families would tell them. I never find myself having to make things up or substitute words so my little peeps would understand them.
