What better way to celebrate the school holidays than with one of our favourite, most enduring toys of all time, LEGO!
These holidays have seen the Doctor madly reading Harry Potter, and falling in love with the characters and the magic. Next stop he wants to read Lord of the Rings. He's already started saving his pocket money for the biggest set of LEGO Lord of the Rings imaginable.
I've never been much for mystical fantasy - however with a seven year old who is crazy for it, I can't help but go along for the ride. I am hooked!
So if you have a like-minded small child who would be keen for some sweet Lord of the Rings LEGO action, this is for you!
You could win 1 of 5 LEGO Lord of the Rings Prize Packs including:
Shelob Attacks RRP $39.99
Gandalf Arrives RRP $22.99

I'd be the Lord of Good LEGO Prices in Australia. Good gawd, you're paying almost 2x what they go for in the US! That's just WRONG!
Greetings, I am Lady of Laundry Mountain and Playdough Encrusted Plains. Thanks Lady Lexi!
(yes, I have a Lego and myth loving child, and husband...)
This is an entry from my nephew Jacob...
"I’d be Lord of Lego Lord of the Rings! I’ll get Lego sets for free!! (I’m not Lord, so I’ll have to win this! Hint!)"
Thanks!
I love Lego! I love the sound it makes as it goes up the vacuum cleaner!!!
I'd be evil Lord If It's On The Floor It's Out The Door.
I'd be the Lord of the Dance. Dropping sweet moves such as 'the LEGO man' are my forte.
I am Lady of the Ring - the dirty bath ring, the ring of grime in the kids toilet and the shower too just for good measure.
I'm Lady Picking up Lego Off The Floor
I'd cast a spell that says "No More!"
yaay! what a rad giveaway! hmmm id surely be lady macguyver- can make anything out of lego, and save the day as well ;)
I am Lord of the Brick. If I can think it, I can make it, turning a pile of LEGO into awesomeness and back again. (Callum, aged nearly 8)
I would most definately be Lady of the Raised Voice! Since that is what I have been doing since the school holidays began!
I am Lady Harrietta Potter, still constructing Lego Hogwarts nearly two years after the little wizard got it for his birthday!
Current status:
Lady of Snot-Cough-Sneeze County.
Preferred status:
Lady of warm-tropical-island-where-sun-shines-and-childrens-secretions-are-kept-to-themselves
Lord Compost. Overseer of the garden, Honorary garbage sorter and remover, Mentor to the upcoming Lord.
I'm Lady of the Dishwasher - the wine glasses shall be at the correct angle and cutlery shall be pointed down
Today is my birthday so I am Lady Muck for the day, lying on the sofa watching bad movies wearing soft pants.
With a partner with insomnia and a toddler that doesn't nap or sleep through, I'd be the lord AND lady of sleep. SO tired!
Next week I'll be a Lady of Leisure! 'Leisure' understood to mean cooking, cleaning & sorting crap... oh and quality time with the kids, naturally!
Can I do both boys' entries in one post???
The 8 year old said -
"Lord-of-Magic, I will make trillions of Pokemon cards and lego sets appear as well as make my annoying big brother disappear"
The 11 y/o said - "Lord of living lego - get Dad to build a bigger lego shelf, and get Mum to buy more lego for me"
(I knew I shouldn't have read this out to the boys last night - they were in bed, but kept talking about the competition & what they would me "Lord" of, for the next half hour or so, and who would get which set if they win!!)
I would be the Lord of 'pick up your toys'. Love Lego but the aftermath is something I wish I could magically clean up!
Lady Losehershitalotthoucannotbeheard. Constantly losing my shit as no one will listen to a single thing I ask!
I would be Lady of the Lego Tower that no one can conquer and my children will inherit. And here is my Tower with my little ones.
sophief@serialgirl.com
I am Lady of the throne room, otherwise known as the bathroom, the only place I can get any privacy round here!
I would have to crown myself Lady Baconpalooza - Ruler of the Kingdom of CurlyPops, with my loyal subject Mr Limpy Houdini Dog!
I'm Lady of the Super Hearing. Doesn't matter if you whisper your insult in your quietest voice, my darling children, I will hear you...
I would be called lady Bakealot just because it sounds so sweet and I would live in Bakealot castle with my shiny loyal subject KitchenAidalot ♥
I had the boys do this last night as their bedtime activity. Here we go!
Joshua, bearing 8 space age years would be Lord SoccerGoalScorerStar, as he kicks with his power soccer boots, goal cladded soccer balls will dot our neighbourhood pavements, so the old Nanna neighbour will have some for herself.
Tristan, 6 years of Alien age, would be Lord Omnitrix. With robotic Omnitrix eyes, he would ward off bad Aliens that dare come to Lady's OpShopAddictMum kitchen and steal her pots of creamy butter chicken.
The end! xx
Awesome giveaway. We sure love our lego in this house. If I had a choice I would be the Lady of the Rings because I am a huge jewellery collector and love my necklaces and rings :) N x
I'll be Lady Yeow-who-has-left-their-LEGO-on-the-floor-again? ;)
Lady of the mess (if you asked my husband!)!
talia.carbis @ gmail.com
Great giveaway. Almost every week I have a package arriving on my doorstep. I would be the lady-of-online-shopping.
Lady Lego as I am always the Lady putting it together and tyding it up one can never have enough Lego.
That sounds like a cool character out of the Faraway Tree Cathie. I'd totally want to visit your castle!
I would be " Lady of make the children sleep instantly". I would be very "kind" and share out these skills though. At least that's what skill I wish I had!
I would be Lady of the foot stepith on Lego and swearalot!
I would be a " Lady of Leisure". Having these school holidays off work has shown me how much I could get done, how much more time I'd have for my boys, how much cleaner my house could be ( but probably wouldn't), how much more I could see my friends & how much more time I would have to do things I want to do. Such a drag that a full time job gets int eh way of me becoming a lady of leisure......
I would be the Lady of Shalott like Anne of Green Gabels x even Lego loves some Tennyson.
That's pretty cool that they have Lord Of The Rings sets for Lego. I remember having a blast with Lego sets for space and Lego sets of mid evil times.
