Today's Little Tienda frock is so fun! That print. That cut. AYE AYE AYE!!! It's beautiful for summer. You can find more here.

Day 15 - Frocktober 2016: Bright & Breezy

Day 15 and it's pretty well half way motherfrockers!!!!

One of my best and my favourites from Nancybird. Who couldn't love this silk beauty?

And I haven't even told you that my 11 year old is taking most of my photos. What a little champ!! He's been awesome and very patient. One day when he reads this he should know how grateful I am! I know it's tedious - but you do such a great job and I LOVE YOU!

Day 12, 13 + 14 - Frocktober 2016: Three-in-one

I'm just going to keep it short and sweet, because hey - you probably follow me on Instagram already. Right?

Day 12 - well who isn't sick of my head by now? I certainly am
Day 13 - the Doctor and I went shopping, and he's a great shopper. We found this little gem, and I have to say - I have big love for it!!
Day 14 - this harks back to my days hunting for bargains at markets. This beauty was $5 about 15 years ago. I still love her!

Day 10 + 11 - Frocktober 2016: Leopard + Black - Two Classics, Two Days

Back in the office and ready for meetings - one can never have enough leopard print.. Or can she? Nah. Layer it on and layer it up - let the cat out of the bag.

Seems I'm into a bit of a black themed week - with a hit of spots with my shoes.

Donate here. Go on. You know you want to.

Day 8 - Frocktober 2016: Cool, Paisley + Vintage

This was my grandmother's kaftan that she only wore on very hot days. So I thought it was time to bring it out of my wardrobe and celebrate the frock, and of course my much-missed grandmother.

I got some funny looks in our suburban shopping centre. HA! Nothing beats getting frocked up to beat ovarian cancer.

Sponsor me here, and throw a few spare dollars my way. I'll love you long time. x

YO YO YO! I am back in black, I'm the (wo)man in black. I am BACK!

Day 5 and it's COLD PEOPLE! Frocktober is not so easy when it's the big chill. So I am back in tights, boots and a silk chiffon shift. YEEEP!

What can I say that I haven't said before - other than - sponsor me and we can, together, help slay ovarian cancer.

Sponsor me. PLEASE! I BEG YOU!

Day 4 - Frocktober 2014: Back to werk

It was day 4 and I rolled home late from my first day back at work. The Doctor (my 11 year old) and I quickly took a pic in the last light.

I've agreed to pay him a dollar per Frocktober photo.

It's a struggle my friends, I will not lie. My fifth year, and I'm a little weary. What gives me new motivation is when people sponsor me. For realz.

Here's the link. If you want me, I'm fast asleep.

Frocktober 2016: Day 3 - Gingham good enough for a picnic!

Day 3 and the sun WAS SHINING!

What can I say that we all don't understand about the pure delight of a long weekend on the back of a week of holidays?!

Sleep ins, long walks, games of Bananagrams, extending reading time, lying in the sunshine in the garden. All of it - beautiful.

Now I'm heading back into long commutes, big time busy, and werk-werk-werk-werk-werk.

It was fun while it lasted!

Today it kind of felt like a Sunday, so I chose an old favourite - this Witchery gingham tunic. It's been a long-time favourite, and felt perfect for the sunshine with a pair of sneaks.

If you've not donated already - I'd really, really love you to! For the price of a cup of coffee, you could make a dent in my $10,000 goal. If everyone did that, I'd be a happy woman!

Go on.

Dare you!

Frocktober 2016: Day 2 - Little Tienda + a little more

Day 2 and it's Sunday. Traditionally Sunday is a slow day, and this was no exception. Rolled out of bed late after the stage fright of - what the feijoa am I going to wear today. I want to walk. I want to frock it.

This is the day I had to force my smalls to leave the house and go on an adventure because I couldn't deal with being home ONE MORE DAY! This is the day I just had to be near the ocean, just for the calm. This is the day - two days before I go back to work. I need to suck the marrow from my free time!

So I went for Little Tienda. Which is just as well because this weekend only - Little Tienda is donating 10% of all sales to my fundraising pot - all going to OCRF.

Shop or not, you can donate here.

Frock: Little Tienda
Styling: My husband ;)
Sneaks: Asics - my first pair in almost 4 years. Just like I am walking on clouds!
Sunglasses: Off the Runway

Frocktober 2016: Day 1 - My Mama's

Five years ago I started this adventure of Frocktober. I can't even remember how I learnt about it - but I knew I could do it.

And I have!

But not without your help. THANK YOU!

Together we have raised $31.2k to date. And this year my goal is $10k.

Can you help me?

All money raised goes to a jolly good cause - the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.

You can donate here right now - big, little, small or tall, I will take donations, take them all!

To reach my goal I need $9189. Got $9 clanging around in your purse. PLEASE! Throw it my way!

Pink Pastel Princess: New Shoes on the Block

Every season - every single season, I pound the pavement and scour the internet for the perfect flats. They are not easy to come by.

My Mum always taught my sisters and I that we should invest in good quality shoes - and it's a rule I've always lived by.

I'm looking for something that looks stylish, is comfortable and will last beyond a season of wear.

It's not a tall ask my friends!

I spotted these cuties from the new collection at Ziera - and my heart was a-flutter. THE perfect almond toe, a slight lift in the heel, and the most perfect pastel palette.

I'm calling it people. The must-have shoe of the season.
Perfect for work.
Perfect with a skirt.
Perfect with a cropped pant.
Just perfect.

These boots...

After flirting with the idea of staying summery forever, I think Sydney weather has finally decided to reboot, refresh and turn on some Autumnal charm.

Which turns my attention to these boots. That zesty orange, part citrus, part apiarist, I am loving that punch in a gorgeous boot - with a comfortable stacked heel. Perfect for Winter when you don't want to succumb to dreary all black. Well I don't, and it would be hard to given I own very little black clothing.

What do you think peeps? Hot or what? I'm voting with my feet. HOT!

Oscars 2016: A few more just for kicks

If anyone says anything about Hannah and Eddie - you are on the wrong blog. They can do no wrong.  FLAWLESS PARTY ANIMALS! I love them. But not in a creepy way.

That speech. 'nuff said. PS - Leo I still love you.

Mindy Kaling looks like a red carpet super hero. And I am so down for that. Plus that blue looks BEAUTIFUL. Babetown. Population: Mindy Kaling.

The new Jessica Rabbit?

Olivia Wilde looks like her boobies are in bandages. Albeit Valentino bandages. But the thing is flip her around and the back of that frock is STUNNING. Just shame the front execution wasn't so.

Oscars 2016: The Slapdash Recap

Charlize looks like her boobies are in a slingshot.

I feel a little disappointed. I am so not a fan of black on the red carpet, it feels very Victorian mourning. Yawn.

Here's a good way to contradict myself. Julianne Moore looks superb.

Do you remember when BP caused that huge oil slick? And all the birds and sea life died? Yeah. Me too.

Someone. Make it stop.

Margot Robbie and Tom Ford? Match made in glorious heaven. AYE CARUMBA!

Naomi Watts in Armani Prive - like a new age mermaid, but so much better than a run of the mill Marchesa.

WAAAAH!!! I feel like Saoirse is about to head to Vegas and place all her money on black. NO MORE BETS!

Frocktober 2015: Day 31 - Frock 1 - Obus

Of course on the last day of Frocktober for the year, I have to go out with a bang. So why not do three frocks in one day? Why not I ask you.

Here's the first for the morning - an Obus frock (Chazal dress) featuring a Malcolm de Chazal inspired artwork. It's pretty freaking awesome, huh???

You can still sponsor me here, believe it or not.

Frocktober 2015: Day 30 - Obus Goodness

Probably one of my favourites from the whole month, this Obus beauty is picture perfect. I love the modern take on a shirt dress. SO freaking awesome.

Frocktober. Still frocking

Frocktober 2015: Day 29 - Natashya Manfield - Technicolour Love

It's big love with this frock that's high on colour. It's the fit, the cut and the design that has my heart swooning.

The super clever Natashya Manfield crafted it - alas I believe right now she's ditched fashion to pursue law.

That just seems almost criminal.

Frocktober. Frock on!

Frocktober 2015: Day 28 - Colour Play by Fabrik

What would be the best way to say hoorah, so long and see you later to my fourth year participating in Frocktober?

Big colour.

And that's exactly what this Fabrik Belle Dress does. AYE CARUMBA!

This is THE go-to dress for steamy summer days. Toss it on and away you go. No accessorising required, easy peasy. And I love the Louvelle turban paired with it for a little extra glamour.

Plus if you're breastfeeding - this is a winner!

And if you're still thinking about sponsoring me, I know, I know - you've heard it all before - but here's the obligatory link. We're so close to the end, I can almost taste it.

Frocktober 2015: Day 26 - Easy Monday

I had today off from work and it was THE BEST DAY EVER!

I got to make lunch for my kids. Drop my kids off to school. Get some jobs done. Pick up my kids. Make dinner. Be a mum. BEST DAY EVER!!

And I wore this super easy little gingham smock-style frock - winning at life.

You can sponsor me here. Go on, I know you want to
