I just read a great post over at Angry Chicken, where Amy has made her own deodorant. Genius!
Plus she talks about not using shampoo - and making her own toothpaste. Can't wait for that post.
For now, I've been using Deo Nat - a natural crystal deodorant. So far, so good. Well I don't notice any stink - but if you know me and have noticed I am a bit honky - please do tell me (you could comment anonymously!?).

I wish I knew you so I could freezer paper stencil a shirt for you that reads HONKY. I think we'd be that kind of friends!
I read that post and it was hard core- I'm not down with the homemade pit stuff but she convinced me to give shampoo free a shot.
