Saucy

Sadly my sewing teacher's husband is very ill, so, understandably, our class last night was cancelled. No show and tell today, only thoughts for this kind woman and her dear husband.

I have been to Spotlight today to invest in my very own...

Behold the Quick Unpick.

Isn't she a beauty? And she's red. Red goes faster. I'll be seam ripping like a speed demon.

Marvel at her curves. Red. Shiny. Ah the sweet beauty.

My quick unpick is my very best sewing friend!

I have her twin. She and I have had a rendezvous over some bias binding this very afternoon!

They are also really good at splitting the inside bit of a sewn buttonhole, so much easier than scissors, just stab it through and run along however wide you need it, excellent!

Yep, you & your red friend will spend many an hour together....
I usually swear when working with mine!!

It's amazing how such a small piece of plastic can be so darn exciting!

Be careful with that one - it looks really fast!

Yep, mine gets plenty of use. It's a must-have!

I have her younger sister (a little red one), her cousin (the little white one) and their great aunt (the big blue one). Couldn't live without them.

I too have the little red racer, we are good friends though she does stand me up on occasion. How did you end up going on the missing foot (the machine one that is I hope the children are still in one piece)

I've just managed to unstitch and re-stitch every single piece on a pair of pants I'm making... without a quick unpick. You're clearly a smart chick. I should follow in your steps and invest a few dollars into one.
