Big fat fail for me because the cloves hurt his little fingers and proved very difficult for him to push into the thick skin of l'orange.
I wound up doing most of it then the Doctor decided to art direct me, and well my cloves were breaking and what happened to my patience, so this is our new age orange pomander. He smells nice. He has a big fat combover. What more could you want for Christmas?
And yet again, dear Blogger has revolutionised my images by rotating them. Thank you no-good Blogger. HMPH!

absolutely hilarious, lexi! i will laugh about his for a while - the failure with the doctor, blogger not being accomodating....too funny! but we keep on tryin'! x
aw, it's not fair is it, when you have good intentions but things don't go your way?!
nonetheless, that's the happiest pomander I've ever seen!
perhaps blogger thought it was a smilie and lay it down on its side?
Was their a toothpick in sight? I have been reading in the bloggy land that toothpicks are the clove pushers friend. Just so as you know.
Still, smilie pomander is rather fetching.
:)
christmas craft with under 4's is feverishly OVERRATED! eh?
All props to you for a great idea. He looks like the Liberal politician of pomanders...comb-over, big cheesy smile...
Isn't the definition of insanity attempting the same thing, over and over, and expecting a different result (i.e: craft with preschoolers?) Why do we? Points for optimism.
