Motivational Techniques Sans Eye of the Tiger

Feed sack project #22

I woke up this morning, and I am into my work - with Noah asking me to play trains, fix his track, and read anything and everything to him, and me trying to do some copywriting. Argh!

Anyway, as another sideways distraction Kirsty at Kootoyoo has kindly pointed me in the direction of some candy in the form of a vintage yo-yo quilt over at Allsorts..

You can see here, Jenny's beautiful vintage find. And here she shows her documentation of all the delicious fabrics and the restoration of the quilt.

Beautiful.

It's enough to get me stitching again!

I look forward to your puffs looking like this Al. Keep going you can do it! Just don't let those little fingers work out that they can be pulled apart, as Oliver did one day to some of mine he had found and had thought I'd "finished" with them!!

Puff, the magic dragon lived by the sea
And frolicked in the autumn mist in a land called honah lee,
Little jackie paper loved that rascal puff,
And brought him strings and sealing wax and other fancy stuff. oh

Mmmmm....and speaking of a mondegren(?) .....I thought Puff lived in Gallilee!

Anyway, do a google search for Puff the Magic Dragon lyrics .......and they are all there for you to read and learn and sing to Noah.
