My brother-in-law has decided to employ himself (free of charge) as my very own sub-editor. He sub-edits in my comments, and appears as Wheats. Please, feel free to say hi to him. He'd love it.

Too funny. Found him chuckling in the study at your post. He wrote a witty comeback, but, alas, his computer couldn't download the scrambled letter so he couldn't submit it. Bummer!
Ah, the late, great John Candy. Cool Runnings is another fine performance alongside Blues Brothers, Stripes and Planes, Trains & Automobiles, to name but a few.
Now, to the serious business of sub-editing. Please note the inconsistencies with your use of hyphens. "Brother-in-law" and "sub-editor", to state the obvious, have hyphens, yet "free of charge" does not.
Please explain.
