And On The Weekend

We enjoyed a crazed choc-fuelled egg hunt.

My parents are embracing renovation madness (with awesome and inspiring results) and so it was that the Doctor was able to dig for dino bones. Here are his finds. Don't tell the museum because my parents house (and all their new renos) may be dug up for more dino bones.

The Doctor rode in the go-kart my grandfather made for me, yikes, must be about 20 years old!

My Dad called me Johnny Cash.

Tiny slept. Momentarily. And then woke revitalised and ready to rumble. Until she finally went to sleep in someone's arms.

And my Mum and Dad celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary. GO L*O*V*E!

Go Mum and Dad! My parents hit the big 4-1 this year too. And my dad loves Johnny Cash (and quite frankly, who doesn't?) - good segue?!

Love it when a kid gets a pile'o'dirt to dig in. Nothing better on this earth ... except Johnny Cash. Looks a lovely weekend x

We had an easter egg hunt for the nephews although we threw egsss and lollies all ove rthe front yard and watched them run.. Maybe not quite an easter egg hunt but a scramble.. Then my brother inlaw checked the lawn just incase they missed one, that they did and he was very happy?...

How cool is the go-kart? And the 41st anniversary? And your folks in general? And Johhny Cash?

I met a guy from Tamworth today... I was so tempted to say 'Hey! Do you know Lexi PottyMouthMama?!' But I thought maybe he would look at me as if I were a weirdo. So I kept quiet

PS. Do you know a guy called Sam from Tamworth? He works as a photographer for The Australian.
