I Can't Freaking Wait To See This

As soon as I saw the poster for this walking out of the cinemas (me, not the posters), I got excited. Such a freaking good cast - and it's got - - - Michelle Williams. It's long been documented how much I love that other mother. She's the bomb and then some.

Have you seen any good movies lately?

I'm sorry to say, the only movies I've seen recently are DVDs. Namely Karate Kid and The Color Purple. Ahem. But you? Any good ones I should check out this weekend?

PS - My friend Lee sent me this link to check out Michelle at the premiere. How good does girlfriend look??!

Take This Waltz:: Date Night

My Mum and Dad are looking after the smalls for the weekend - Matt and I drove back together on Friday, and I must say, life feels very empty without the little peeps.

So last night we went to the movies. Old school date night. We're fancy and crazy like that. I wore Matt's jumper and my Chucks. Hardly dressed up, but goodness, it was so nice to hang together and not have to worry about our littles.

Anyone who follows PottyMouthMama on Facebook knows that I love Michelle Williams. I never ever watched Dawson's Creek, so I only know her from Heath Ledger love and a great selection of indie films.

'Take This Waltz' is a beautiful demonstration of Michelle Williams.

I felt like I was part of the movie. It's beautiful and raw, sad yet very funny, and it will make your heart ache.

Plus there is the deliciously talented eye candy of Luke Kirby. Say hello to Luke Kirby. His sparkly eyes are tres magnifique (this photo doesn't do justice to the magnificence that is Luke Kirby).
But back to the movie. So, so good. I want to see it again. Visually it's a pleasure. And ever since walking out Matt and I have been talking about it. It was that, that good.

Have you seen any good movies lately?  Next on my hit list is Hysteria.

Oscars 2012: Michelle Williams. Wow

Yes yoou may think I have an unhealthy obsession with Michelle Williams, but the girl can do no wrong!

Look at her up there (left) in the red tiered Louis Vuitton frock. Doesn't she look amaze? With the tiny detail of the bow brooch, the pink clutch.

And there she is (right) in the most spectacular Oscars frock of all-time, canary yellow Vera Wang against her alabaster skin.  Swoon! I remember this time when she walked the red carpet with Heath Ledger. That look they gave one another. Searing.

So just in case you needed it, here's proof Michelle Williams gets it right, over and over and over again.

Rose Byrne - Michelle Williams: Perennial Favourites

Seen here at the Screen Actors Guild awards, Rose Byrne - well she just makes me smile. I love this embellished Elie Saab jumpsuit on her - and her Cleopatra style bob. Super sharp.

Who else would like to bottle that style?

It's well documented how much I love Michelle Williams. Well, well documented. I love her. In a non-stalkerish way. She is one hot damn stylish mama. Just look at her here in a signature red Valentino gown. This is understated elegance personified. Love her.

I Gots To Love This Hair

Michelle Williams regularly appears on my blog because I love her. I love her for her talent. I love the films she chooses. I love her style. I just gosh darn love the girl. And I really love her hair. Like my love for her hair knows no bounds. I really, really love Michelle Williams and her head of hair.

Once upon a time I had short hair like this. But I got mistaken for Adriana Xenides.

Well this hair on Michelle Williams, be still my beating waif heart.

Speaking of hair, you know how I love trying new beauty products. Well with the humidity that's been bewitching my hair and making me look like I've been rubbing a balloon on my head for two hours straight (I know you know that look), I've been trying Clinicare Frizz Defying Serum-Concentrate for a few weeks. I think it's the best one I've tried - and has tamed those crazy fly-aways. If you get the frizzies like me, and haven't yet braved the chop-chop like Michelle, get it. It's a collab with Pantene and Wella (and who doesn't want to be a Wella woman?) and so far, so good my friends. Balloon-hair be gone!

Golden Globes: Michelle Williams

Like Natalie Portman, you never seem to get it wrong. And I just adore your make-up. I haven't even honed in on your beautiful daisy Valentino dress (which, for the record is amazing). You are lovely. Timeless. I just can't get enough of Michelle Williams.

Really Big Love:: The Peroxide Crop Chop

Cast your mind back to when I fell in love with Emma Watson's cropped 'do... Remember?

Well now I'm in a new coiffured state of frenzy, big love, heart palpitations, sweaty palms, finger on speed-dial to my trusty hairdresser.. Michelle Williams at the Venice Film Festival - phwoar. I love this style-oozing individual. She always looks tres fabu! I love her peroxide pixie-do. She is a stylish minx if ever I saw one.

And while I was tempted to chop it all off a la Watson, I refrained, and kept my tresses growing, ever so slowly. Some of you said YES PMM go the chop! But I've decided I need my long locks again, just for a wee while (if I can abstain from the snip-snip). I've shaved my head a couple of times before. Plus sported the gamine look, but I just can't go back. Not right now.
